  • If your order was not delivered due to an issue on our side.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Providing incorrect address or contact information.
  • Failure to receive the order due to unavailability at the delivery location.
  • Requests made after the allowed refund period.

Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.

Process for Refund

  • Share your order ID and issue details with our support team.
  • Provide photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Our team will verify the issue and approve the refund if eligible.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. It may take 3 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose a replacement when applicable. Replacements are subject to availability and delivery location.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are prepared. Once preparation begins, cancellation is not possible.
